“as a by-product of my furniture pieces, a large amount of off cuts was starting to pile up. since i consider wood to be a precious material i begun to look for a fitting destiny for my waste. as i gazed at my pile of bamboo and allowed my mind to trip freely i started to see mirror frames, serving platters, sushi trays, and more. a whole universe of functional and simple home accent objects started to flourish and the pile of waste became a collection in its own right.
